The Network Operations Center has confirmed that the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

The issue with setting up Unattended Support machines has been identified. Our engineering team is working on the resolution.

An issue has been identified where customers are receiving errors and are unable to set up Unattended Support machines.
Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue.
