As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToAssist Service Desk will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: September 29th 2019, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 4-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: At some point during the 4-hour maintenance window, users may not be able to start or join GoToAssist Service Desk sessions for a period of 2 - 15 minutes.
