As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, Rescue will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: May 08, 2021, 06:00 AM to 06:30 AM UTC.
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 30 minutes maintenance window.
What to expect: During any time in the maintenance window, there will be a 30-minute period that operations will be interrupted during the failover process. Technicians and administrators will not be able to log in until the failover is complete. If a technician or administrator is already logged in at the time of the maintenance, they will get disconnected. Active sessions will also be disconnected. Technicians will not be able to start or end a session until the failover is complete. No historical session data will be lost, and it will again be available after the maintenance is complete.
