On 05/28/2021, from 12:50 UTC until 18:30 UTC there was a service disruption in all regions affecting GoToAssist Remote Support v5 and Live Lens Recording services.

Creating new recordings from sessions started during this timeframe were not successful. Downloading existing recordings was fully functional during the whole time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our system to help prevent future recurrence.
