We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational at this time.

At this time, our engineers have identified the issue and found a fix which will be deployed pending further testing.
We have found this issue to be restricted to Service Provider-initiated SSO logins, and both Identity Provider-initiated SSO, and standard logins are working normally.

We are actively investigating reports that some Rescue users may be receiving errors when attempting to log in using Single Sign On. Standard logins continue to function normally, and can be used as a workaround.
