On 08/25/2022 , from approximately 14:43 UTC until 16:34 UTC, a small subset of rescue users would have experienced issues when trying to start sessions.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
