As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, Rescue will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: October 03, 2020, 05:00 AM to 07:00 AM UTC.
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2 hour maintenance window.
What to expect: Any customers who are utilizing Rescue will experience a 120-minute period of service disruptions during the maintenance window. In flight sessions will not be affected. Customers will be unable to use the following features during the maintenance. - Registration - Technician - Admin login - Accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases) - Any action which requires session state change (start a new session, close session, transfer session, pick a new session, etc..)
