On 10/10/2019, from 10:55 UTC until 14:11 UTC, Some LogMeIn Rescue customers would not have been able to start Applete as a System Service on Windows. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize any future recurrences.
