As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToAssist Remote Support, GoToAssist Dell & GoToAssist Corporate will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time:
October 17, 2020, 05:00 AM to 09:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 4-hour maintenance window.

Expected Downtime : 30 minutes

What to expect: Users will be unable to start or join support sessions and management center access will be unavailable at some point during the 4 hour window for a 30 minute period. Inflight sessions will not be impacted.
