On 08/10/2020, between 13:15UTC and 14:20UTC, a small subset of GoToAssist Remote Support v5 customers would have experienced a 10-minute degradation when trying to view the unattended device list in their desktop console or web browser. We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational at this time.
We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
