As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service and reliability for our customers, we want to inform you that LogMeIn is planning scheduled maintenance on Saturday, May 5th, 2018 at 12 AM EDT (6:00 AM CEST). The maintenance pertains to LogMeIn Rescue.
Duration: Maintenance will be approximately 60 minutes.
What to expect: • Existing Rescue sessions started and picked up will remain active, and the technicians will be able to work on them. The following features will not be available during the fail-over: Registration, Technician, and Admin login, Accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases) and any action, which requires session state change (start a new session, close session, transfer session, pick a new session, etc..).
