On 11/9/2021, from 17:45 UTC until 18:15 UTC there was a service disruption affecting the recording services for GoToAssist Remote Support v4, v5 and Corporate.

Recordings created during that time frame might be missing or truncated, downloading existing recordings was fully functional during the whole time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our system to help prevent future recurrence.
