As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToAssist Remote Support v4 and v5 will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: November 21, 2021, 08:30 AM UTC to 12:30 PM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 4-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: During the maintenance window GoToAssist Remote Support v4 customers will experience 60 minutes downtime when trying to start or join a remote support session and the v4 public API won't work. The web front-end session and device listing will also be unavailable during the maintenance window.
For GoToAssist Remote Support v5 customers, the session join page and reporting might be unavailable intermittently and device listing might show an incomplete list without v4 devices during the maintenance window.
