Scheduled - As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToAssist Corporate will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time:
September 17, 2018, 05:00 AM to 08:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 3-hour maintenance window.

What to expect: Any customers who are utilizing the GoToAssist Corporate interface will experience approximately 15 minutes of downtime. During this time customers will be unable to start GoToAssist sessions or log into their account. In-flight sessions will not be affected.

Resolved - Rescue and the One-2-Many file sharing function is fully operational now.

For about the last 90 minutes some customers might not have been able to access older files, this did not affect any new uploads. All files are now accessible as expected.

Resolved - The Network Operations Center has confirmed that the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

Monitoring - At this time, we have confirmed that internal tests are working fine and SMS delivery is operating normally. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Update - The Network Operations Center has identified an issue with our upstream SMS providers and we are currently taking corrective action to restore service. We will send another update soon.

Identified - The Network Operations Center is investigating reports that several customers using Rescue may be unable to use our application to its full potential. We are working to restore service as quickly as possible and will send another update soon.
