As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, Rescue will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: February 29, 2020, 07:00 AM to 07:30 AM UTC.

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 30 minutes maintenance window.

What to expect: During any time in the maintenance window, operations will be interrupted during the failover process. Users will not be able to log in until the failover is complete. In-flight, active sessions will get disconnected. No historical session data will be lost, and it will be available after the maintenance is complete.

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 5 hour and 30 minutes maintenance window.

What to expect: Any customers who are utilizing the GoToAssist Remote Support, GoToAssist Corporate, GoToAssist SeeIt and GoToAssist Service Desk interfaces will experience a 30 Minute period of intermittent downtime. Customers will not be able to create new sessions during this period. In flight sessions will not be affected.
