As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToAssist Service Desk team will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below.

Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time:
July 10th 2022, from 4:30 AM to 10:30 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 6 hours maintenance window.

Expected downtime: 5 minutes

What to expect: GoToAssist Service Desk customers may not be able to initiate sessions for a 5 minute period during the maintenance window. GoToAssist Service Desk sessions that are already in progress will not be impacted.

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 1-hour maintenance window.

What to expect: During the maintenance window GoToAssist Remote Support and Service Desk customers will experience a 10 minute downtime when trying access the Billing Center or performing billing-related activities like seat increase, new subscription purchases and trial to paid conversions.
