As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoTo will be conducting a Rescue service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: October 7th, 2023, 5:00 AM UTC to 7:00 AM UTC


Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.


Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.

What to expect: The following actions/features will not be available during the maintenance.

If a Technician or Administrator is already logged in during maintenance, they will be disconnected. Technicians won't be able to start or end a session until the maintenance is complete, and active sessions will also be disconnected.

Accessing or making changes to anything on the website, including purchases, as well as any actions that require a session state change (starting a new session, closing a session, transferring a session, picking a new session, etc.), will not be possible during maintenance.

No historical session data will be lost and will become available again after the maintenance is complete.

This maintenance only affects European Union (EU) customers. US/Global customers will not be impacted. If you have any further questions regarding this event, please feel free to contact the GoTo team.

As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, Rescue, Rescue Lens, Rescue Live Guide and Rescue Live Lens will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: October 28, 2023, 5:00 AM UTC to 7:00 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.

What to expect: During the maintenance window, Rescue, Rescue Lens, Rescue Live Guide, and Rescue Live Lens customers will experience a 2-hour period of unavailability. Existing Rescue sessions started and picked up will remain active, and the technicians will be able to work on them. The following features will not be available during the maintenance window: Registration, Technician, and Admin login, Accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases) and any action which requires session state change (start a new session, transfer a session, hold and close a session).
No historical session data will be lost and will again be available after the maintenance is complete.

What to expect: During this downtime, customers utilizing the GoToAssist Corporate interface will experience a 2-hour period of unavailability. Additionally, customers will be unable to initiate GoToAssist Corporate sessions or log into their accounts. In-flight sessions will not be affected.
