Scheduled - As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, we wanted to inform you that GoTo will soon be adding a new IP range for our GoTo Products. As always, our teams will take all the appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during these events.

Date and Time: Saturday, May 14th, 2022, at 08:00 AM UTC.

Duration: The time it will take for this to be completed is 1 hour.

Purpose: To provide a better and more scalable service to our customers.

Important Notes: NO downtime is expected, if you allowlist our Products by IP Range, it’s critical to add the new IP range to your Firewall/Proxy to avoid disruption with the service. Below is the new range and the link to our current IP ranges for your reference.

New Range:
CIDR Notation: 158.120.16.0/20
Numeric IP Range: 158.120.16.0 - 158.120.31.255
Net-mask Notation: 158.120.16.0 255.255.240.0

Products that will take advantage of the new IP range: Rescue

Additionally, there will be NO product updates, feature enhancements, or code change taking place during this time.

Scheduled - As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, Rescue will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time: May 14, 2022, 05:00 AM to 07:00 AM UTC.

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2 hour maintenance window.

What to expect: Any customers who are utilizing Rescue will experience a 120-minute period of service disruptions during the maintenance window. In flight sessions will not be affected. Customers will be unable to use the following features during the maintenance.

- Registration
- Technician
- Admin login
- Accessing and changing anything on the website (including purchases)
- Any action which requires session state change (start a new session, close session, transfer session, pick a new session, etc..)
- Report item will not be available if a session will close during the maintenance for Live Guide | Live Lens

Update - As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, we wanted to inform you that the April 28th Rescue Lens (US-based customers) maintenance has been postponed to May 4th and new allowlist domains have been added. As always, our teams will take all the appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during these events.

NEW Date and Time: Wednesday, May 4th, 2022 at 8:00 AM UTC

NEW Allowlist Domains: If your security solution is configured to allowlist by domains users must allow the following domains in their firewall rules to use Rescue Lens:

*.remoteview.logmein.com
turn.console.gotoassist.com

For networks explicitly filtering outbound destination ports and protocols, the following ports are used on Rescue Lens side and Rescue Nextgen media: 15000 (UDP traffic) or 443 (TCP traffic) for Rescue media sessions.
