Identified - We have identified an issue which is causing some GoToAssist Service Desk customer portal domains to display a "Deceptive Site" warning when accessed from Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

This issue is only affecting Chrome and Firefox, and is not present when using Internet Explorer or Edge.

We are working to resolve the issue and will provide another update once more information becomes available.

Update - We are actively investigating reports that some GoToAssist Service Desk Customer Portal domains would see “deceptive site ahead” message. We are working to restore service as quickly as possible and will send another update soon.

Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time:
August 11, 2019, 06:00 AM to 09:30 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 3hour 30 minutes maintenance window.

What to expect: Any customers who are utilizing the GoToAssist Service Desk interface will experience 15 minutes downtime. Customers logged into GoToAssist Service Desk during this maintenance may be logged out and will need to log back in again.
