As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToAssist Service Desk will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time:
August 13, 2020, 05:00 AM to 05:30 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 30 Minutes maintenance window.

What to expect: Any customers who are utilizing the GoToAssist Service Desk interface will experience 15 minutes downtime. Customers logged into GoToAssist Service Desk during this maintenance may be logged out and will need to log back in again.

Resolved - On 08/10/2020, between 13:15UTC and 14:20UTC, a small subset of GoToAssist Remote Support v5 customers would have experienced a 10-minute degradation when trying to view the unattended device list in their desktop console or web browser. We have confirmed that the issue has been resolved completely and all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
