As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToAssist Service Desk team will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below.

Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time:

May 18th 2024, from 5:30 AM to 10:30 AM UTC

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 5 hours maintenance window.

Expected downtime: Nil

What to expect: A subset of GoToAssist Service Desk customers may not be able to access the recently uploaded file attachments during the maintenance window and the in-flight attachments will be available after 6 hours from the end of the maintenance window. GoToAssist Service Desk application will remain accessible and there will not be any impact on the new file uploads.
