As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoTo Assist Remote Support Team will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below.
Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: July 15, 2023, 7:00 AM UTC to 9:00 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: During the maintenance window, GoToAssist Remote Support v4 customers will not be able to start or join sessions, and the session reporting feature and v4 public API will not work. Users will not be able to join GoToAssist RS v5 sessions using the fastsupport.com site and will not have access to session reporting
