On 02/09/2023 , from approximately 10:02 UTC until 13:00 UTC, a small subset of Rescue customers would have experienced issues when trying to login to their account.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all services are functional.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
