As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToAssist Remote Support, SeeIt and Service Desk will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.
Date and Time: April 09, 2022, 12:00 PM UTC to 01:00 PM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 1-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: At some point during the maintenance window, customers who are trying to access the "My Account" page for GoToAssist Remote Support, SeeIt and Service Desk will see a broken link when they click on “My Account” in the product menu. However, there is no impact to any product functionality.
