Dear Valued GoTo Customer,
As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, we wanted to inform you that the previous maintenance scheduled for 10/07 for Rescue EU service was unsuccessful. The updated date and time for the Rescue EU maintenance are listed below. As always, our teams will take all the appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during these events.
Date and Time: October 21st, 2023, 5:00 AM UTC to 7:00 AM UTC
Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 2-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: The following actions/features will not be available during the maintenance.
• If a Technician or Administrator is already logged in during maintenance, they will be disconnected. Technicians won't be able to start or end a session until the maintenance is complete, and active sessions will also be disconnected.
• Accessing or making changes to anything on the website, including purchases, as well as any actions that require a session state change (starting a new session, closing a session, transferring a session, picking a new session, etc.), will not be possible during maintenance.
• No historical session data will be lost and will become available again after the maintenance is complete.
Important Notes: This maintenance only affects European Union (EU) customers. US/Global customers will not be impacted. If you have any further questions regarding this event, please feel free to contact the GoTo team.
