Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 4-hour maintenance window.

What to expect: During the maintenance window, for GoTo Assist Remote Support v4, v5 and GoTo Assist Service Desk users may experience intermittent difficulties when starting or joining new sessions and the v4 public API won't work.

For GoTo Assist Service Desk, users may experience intermittent difficulties starting remote sessions from the incident page and admin user management page might be inaccessible.
