As part of our commitment to provide exceptional service and reliability to our customers, GoToAssist Remote Support, Service Desk, and Seeit will be conducting service maintenance on the following date and time listed below. Our team will be taking all appropriate actions to minimize service interruptions during this event.

Date and Time:
April 27, 2018, 11:00 PM EDT to April 28, 2018, 02:59 AM EDT

Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.

Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 4-hour maintenance window.

What to expect: Any customers who are utilizing the GoToAssist Remote Support, Service Desk and/or Seeit interfaces, will experience brief periods of downtime. During this time customers may experience the inability to purchase directly from marketing sites, accessing the Billing Center, or performing billing-related subscription actions (upgrades/downgrades and cancellations).
