We are actively investigating reports that some GoToAssist Remote Support customers may be experiencing intermittent issues when trying to view the unattended or attended device list. Also, Some users might face intermittent issues when trying to initiate new sessions.

Our engineers are working to resolve the issue and will provide another update shortly.
