Between January 04, 2022 22:32 UTC and January 05, 2022 02:24 UTC, a small subset of GoToAssist Service Desk customers would have experienced intermittent failures when trying to access the application.

Our engineers have corrected the issue and we confirm that all systems are 100% operational at this time.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.
